Didn't dislike anything about the property.

If you want to visit Birdland, you should stay here. All the furniture was fine. River Cafe was 5 mins walk away.

Having stayed here before we felt that the service has improved. The staff are very attentive and made us feel at home. The open log fires added to the luxurious yet cozy atmosphere.

Lovely room in a lovely location, we would be happy to recommend it highly. (We also checked out The Lord of the Manor in the next village for our next visit - miserable unwelcoming staff - do not stay there!)...

Everything ... from its idyllic location in a beautiful Cotswold village (with NO traffic or noise) to its excellent rooms, service and everything else one can expect of a luxury hotel ... were it to be star-rated, them 5* would not be enough....  

The hotel is located in a stunning village, surrounded by beautiful Cotswolds scenery. the rooms are spacious and modern, with large bathrooms. the breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from. the staff is warm and friendly, providing...  

Great location. Staff attentive. An up grade to a junior suite was excellent.

Evening meal was poor (quality and value for money)and breakfast not great . Would recommend but with a caveat regarding dining.
